Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Notifications received after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., filters removed from individual packaging, used headrests, open fragrance packaging)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items like replacement hot/swim spa insulated lids)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Perishable goods cannot be returned 7 days after receipt of delivery.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (less any carriage costs) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].
Restocking Fees
Returns due to the wrong product ordered by the customer or items no longer required will incur a 10% admin and restocking charge.
